1. General Terms

These Terms of Trade govern all commercial transactions with Marythur Soybeans Exports (CNPJ: 36.367.098/0001-67).

2. Products & Quality

All products are of Brazilian origin with COA provided per shipment. Quality inspected by SGS at loading port.

3. Pricing & Payment

Prices quoted in USD. Payment via irrevocable L/C or T/T as established in the sales contract.

4. Incoterms

Shipments governed by Incoterms 2020: FOB Santos/Paranaguá, CFR, or CIF buyer's port.

5. Governing Law

Governed by the laws of Brazil. Disputes resolved through ICC arbitration.
